Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or non-business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Coverage
We currently provide shipping services within Malaysia and may expand delivery coverage to selected international destinations depending on product availability and shipping arrangements.
Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery timelines:
- West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
- East Malaysia: 5–10 business days
- Remote areas: Subject to courier accessibility

Delivery Delays

Failed Deliveries

Damaged or Missing Items
Customers are encouraged to inspect all deliveries upon receipt.
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours after delivery together with supporting photographs and order details.
Ownership & Risk
Ownership and risk of products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance of the shipment.
